Note :
1) Always wear heat-resistant gloves with stainless steel probe sensors or wires during or after cooking. It is forbidden to touch by hand.
2) Stainless steel probe sensors and leads should be kept away from children.
3) After each use, clean the stainless steel probe and dry thoroughly.
4) It is forbidden to use the receiver in the rain, which is not waterproof. The transmitter is weather resistant but not watertight. Do not immerse it in water.
5) Do not expose the stainless steel probe plug or transmitter socket to water or any liquid. Failure to do so will result in poor release and reading errors.
6) Avoid contact with the open flame or hot surface of the receiver or transmitter.
7) Stainless steel probes are prohibited in microwave ovens.
8) The temperature tester shows a minimum temperature of -40°F (-40°C) and a maximum temperature of 572°F (300°C). The LLL will show below -40°F and the HHH will show above 572°F. Stainless steel probe sensors above 572°F are prohibited. Doing so can damage the wires.
9) Children 12 years old and younger are not allowed to use.
