I need to return an item

If you need to return an item, please read this page to ensure your return is handled correctly, and then contact our customer service team

The item I ordered arrived faulty 

If you have received any damaged product, please return the faulty product in unused and in original packaging condition. A replacement will be authorised should a fault be found. In the event of a replacement not being available an alternative product will be offered or a store credit issued, in certain circumstances a full refund will be offered. Unwanted items or orders placed in error cannot be returned to us for a credit

The item I received is not the item I ordered

Provided the item is unopened and in mint condition, we’ll replace the item or provide a full refund. To receive your replacement or refund you must return the original item to Flickdeal.

The item I ordered did not arrive

If your item did not arrive the first thing to do is request a “track and trace” on your item from Flickdeal. We will start an investigation with our courier company on your behalf. Please note that products delivered from overseas warehouse may take few days to reach your address.

Regrettably, neither Flickdeal or courier company are able to refund or replace items that have been lost, damaged or stolen after being delivered to your property.
